Wow, simply wow, what an unforgettable reading this is! The Color Purple is an excellent book. Each character is different and it is portrayed so well that I could actually feel each of it. There are so many well written lines in between that tells the painful reality of life. It is a must read. You will like this novel and soon will fall in love with it.
