This book is amazing – the first time I read it was at a time in my life when I was struggling emotionally and looking for a better way to live. Jeffers writing style is easy to read and she interlaces real life examples to back up her psychological ‘Truths’ about why we act the way we do. It has changed the way I think about things and continues to do so, as I have just started reading it for a third time! It is one of lifes great reference books – I would never be without.
