Welcome to Lambeth Libraries and Archives

Statement on Coronavirus Statement on Coronavirus
To keep our customers safe we have closed our Libraries for the duration of the coronavirus crisis and until advised by government.

Do not worry about overdue books and charges as we will deal with these for you. We will renew all your items for three months so do hold onto them for us and keep them safe.

If you need help we can still assist you by phone 020 7926 0750 or email libraries@lambeth.gov.uk

Over the coming weeks we will continue to offer as many online services as we possibly can during these unprecedented times. You can use our e-library for free with your library card: e-books, e-audiobooks, e-magazines and e-comics on RBDigital, newspapers from around the world on PressReader and films for free on Kanopy.  To access these service, just go to Online Library Services (Click here)

If you’d like a regular newsletter of what services and activities we have online, including Wriggle and Rhyme sessions for under 5s, reading groups, local history talks and much more, please do sign up here (Click here) and choose ‘libraries’.

We’ll keep you posted on any changes and let you know as soon as our buildings can reopen. Look after each other and stay safe.
